Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sovereign OS services provided by Soira Labs Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Sovereign OS is an AI-powered executive assistant system delivered via WhatsApp. The service includes but is not limited to: calendar management, email management, voice communications, research and intelligence gathering, and custom application deployment.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Access to Sovereign OS is provided on a subscription basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Setup fees are due upon agreement signing. Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our satisfaction guarantee.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content, features, and functionality of Sovereign OS are owned by Soira Labs Ltd. Custom applications created for you remain your property, while the underlying technology remains ours.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soira Labs Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data can be exported or deleted upon request.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
